Multifamily has historically been the least volatile real estate asset class during economic downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upcycles. Outperforming the stock market in the past decades, multifamily provides tax benefits and significant wealth generation through forced appreciation and income optimization. The firm's strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartments in secondary and tertiary southeastern markets. Our research indicates this is an exceedingly attractive investment option due to the imbalance between the growing demand and limited new supply of these units.
